By accessing or using TitanBQ Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TitanBQ Pro is a browser-based quantity takeoff tool for M&E estimators and contractors. All drawing files are processed locally — no drawing data is uploaded to any server.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans are billed as a single charge. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at period end.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us at support@titanbq.com of any unauthorised use. Licences may not be shared or resold.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content are the exclusive property of TitanBQ. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TitanBQ does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
TitanBQ's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
