1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TitanBQ Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TitanBQ Pro is a browser-based quantity takeoff tool designed for M&E estimators and contractors. The Service enables users to perform pipe length takeoff, elbow counting, duct and surface area calculations, and BOQ export from PDF drawings entirely within the user's browser. No drawing files are uploaded to any server.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
TitanBQ Pro is offered under the following subscription tiers:
- Free Trial: 14-day full-access trial. No credit card required. Access automatically expires after 14 days.
- Pro: Single-seat monthly or annual subscription. Billed per the selected cycle.
- Business: 5-seat team licence. Monthly or annual billing.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. TitanBQ does not store your card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront charge. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@titanbq.com of any unauthorised use. You may not share, resell, or transfer your licence to any third party.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising TitanBQ Pro are the exclusive property of TitanBQ and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
TitanBQ Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle:
- Drawing files: All PDF drawings are processed entirely within your browser. No drawing data is ever transmitted to or stored on TitanBQ servers.
- Account data: Your name, email address, and company name are stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure for the purpose of account management and billing.
- Payment data: Card and payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe. TitanBQ never stores or has access to your payment card information.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage analytics (e.g. feature usage frequency) to improve the Service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
- Email: We may send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts) to the address registered on your account. We do not send unsolicited marketing without your consent.
- Third-party sharing: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers (Firebase, Stripe, Cloudflare) solely to operate the Service.
Your data is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@titanbq.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TitanBQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. Quantity takeoff outputs should be independently verified before submission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if TitanBQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. TitanBQ's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
TitanBQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Terms and conditions, features, support, pricing, and service options are subject to change without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
